We are building the next chapter of The Plated Circuit, and putting the chefs and hospitality workers at the center of it. Get on the list and you will be the first to know, and the first ones through the door.
Six countries · six stamps · each tasting plated · each pour intentional · this is the journey.
Ride a private glass elevator up. Pick up your passport booklet at the door. Every country stamps it. You keep it forever.
You'll walk through in a small group of 20-30, called a flight. Floor 15 is entry. Floor 14 is inside and out. Floor 16 is the helipad, VIP only. After your flight ends, the whole floor opens up until 10PM.
Pick a craft cocktail or its zero-proof twin at every stop. Each drink is made just for that dish.
End the night on the Floor 14 terrace. Atlanta is building its tallest skyline in 30 years for World Cup year. Mercedes-Benz Stadium sits two blocks away. VIP guests finish up top on the helipad.
Six countries through Atlanta hands. One Southern staple per station · Georgia fig jam · Carolina Gold rice · Vidalia · Geechie Boy grits · pecan-bourbon · Georgia peach.
A French 75 in France. A Mumbai Mule in India. A Hibiscus-Lime Margarita in Mexico. A Basil & Limoncello Spritz in Italy. Every drink is mixed right in front of you, and every drink matches its country. One at each stop.
Every cocktail has a non-alcoholic version too. Think elderflower fizz, hibiscus agave fizz, and Georgia peach sweet tea. Made with the same care as the bar, for anyone who isn't drinking.
Your journey opens here · a charcuterie tower of three pairings · Green Hill with Benton's ham and Georgia fig jam · aged goat gouda with finocchiona and spiced peach · cave-aged sharp cheddar with duck prosciutto and blackberry balsamic · the welcome is the first taste.
Inside the 14F room · lantern light · brass · lamb chops rubbed in Ras el Hanout, seared hard and lacquered in a Georgia peach glaze · stood over a bed of Carolina Gold rice · the medina and the orchard in one bite.
Slow-braised short rib in a deep, near-black mole · set on a charred masa cake · finished with a chipotle crema, the chiles smoked over Georgia pecan wood.
Chennai-style chicken 65, fried crisp, tossed in curry leaf and chile · set on a pan-seared Geechie Boy stone-ground grits cake · fenugreek butter · pickled red onion · edible gold · South Indian porridge tradition meeting South Atlanta · corn for rice · ghee and spice intact.
Open-air, build-your-own gelato bar under the sky · Pearson Farm Georgia peach as the signature scoop · pistachio · stracciatella · espresso and cappuccino · bistro-style, just before the journey comes home.
The night comes home · individual cast-iron peach cobbler · brown butter pecan crumble that shatters · Kentucky-Georgia bourbon glaze pulling sweet into smoke · Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream melting into the warm peach · the Atlanta skyline framing the finale.
A private upper deck, reserved for VIP holders · skyline at eye-level · off-menu bites.
Complete all 6 stations on event night for a special reward. Every stamp earned. Every country visited.
Parking · $20 add-on at checkout · valet at entry
We are taking the time to build this the way it deserves. Join the list and you will hear it here first: the new date, the chefs we are championing, and the invitation before anyone else gets it.
