A 6-country immersive culinary tour. World Cup year. Six small plates · six cocktails · six staples from the South · one passport.
From $175 · Only 200 Passports
Six countries · six stamps · each tasting plated · each pour intentional · this is the journey.
Arrive by private glass elevator, then collect your custom Plated Circuit booklet at the door. Every country stamps it. Yours to keep forever.
15F entry, 14F inside and outside, 16F helipad reserved for VIP. Six countries built into the architecture itself.
Craft cocktail or its zero-proof twin at every station. Both built for that specific course.
Atlanta skyline. Mercedes-Benz Stadium glowing two blocks away. VIP guests close out on the 16F helipad.
Six countries through Atlanta hands. One Southern staple per station · Georgia fig jam · Carolina Gold rice · Vidalia · Geechie Boy grits · pecan-bourbon · Georgia peach.
Champagne in France. Mumbai Mule in India. Mezcal Passionfruit Mojito in Mexico. Negroni Bianco at the Italy bistro. Each cocktail mixed in front of you, built to represent its country. Available at every station.
A non-alcoholic version of every country cocktail. Elderflower fizz, horchata, ginger soda, sweet tea — crafted with the same care as the bar, for everyone who isn’t drinking.
Your journey opens here · three small cheeses · three slices of cured meat · three jams · Sweet Grass Dairy Green Hill from Georgia · Benton's country ham · Georgia fig jam · the welcome is the first taste.
Inside the 14F room · lantern light · brass · cod braised in tomato · garlic · cilantro · red pepper · Ras el Hanout · set on a bed of Carolina Gold rice · the Lowcountry meets the medina.
Not a street taco · the idea of one · braised short rib birria in a hand-pressed blue corn tortilla, dipped and seared crisp · Vidalia onion sweet-pickle confit folded into the salsa roja from Toombs County · a ramekin of consomé on the side · cotija shaved like snow.
Chennai-style chicken 65, fried crisp, tossed in curry leaf and chile · set on a pan-seared Geechie Boy stone-ground grits cake · fenugreek butter · pickled red onion · edible gold · South Indian porridge tradition meeting South Atlanta · corn for rice · ghee and spice intact.
Open-air build-your-own gelato bar · Pearson Farm Georgia peach as the signature scoop · pistachio · stracciatella · amarena · a rotating fifth · espresso and cappuccino · bistro-style under the sky, just before the journey comes home.
The night comes home · individual cast-iron peach cobbler · brown butter pecan crumble that shatters · Kentucky-Georgia bourbon glaze pulling sweet into smoke · Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream melting into the warm peach · the Atlanta skyline framing the finale.
A private upper deck, reserved for VIP holders · skyline at eye-level · off-menu bites.
